Equipment Installation and Plant Integration
EPIC Line Integration fully installs production line equipment and machinery in-plant or on-site at your manufacturing facility. Upon installation and system integration, EPIC re-tests all equipment to ensure every piece works together as intended.
Beyond equipment installation, EPIC provides complete production line start-up and support services for ongoing production success.
Assembled Production Equipment Testing
EPIC Line Integration tests all assembled production equipment for factory acceptance, component efficiency and precise function. Our rigorous testing process ensures the production line will work correctly when installed in-plant.
Formal factory acceptance testing is conducted inside EPIC's shop before and after final assembly of the production equipment. We perform FAT with clients onsite in our shop for total transparency in the testing process. Upon completion of a successful FAT, EPIC will provide shipping approval documents that authorize the satisfaction and agreement for the production line equipment installation.
PRODUCTION LINE EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION INCLUDES:
- Bid package development & sub-contractor selection
- Plant construction management including civil and utilities installations
- Modifications to plant facilities or infrastructure
- Installation of pre-fabricated, mechanical equipment, machines and hardware
- Link in-feed and out-feed equipment installation
- Power distribution construction including conduit and wiring installation to provide power to the new production line
- Plant integration including communication set-up between all equipment and corresponding production lines

Plant Integration
EPIC Line Integration provides complete plant integration for every new production line we design, assemble and automate. We understand that production lines rarely function in a stand-alone environment and that new lines must fit with existing equipment and machinery inside your plant. To ensure trouble-free start-up, EPIC's dedicated group of systems integrators remain on-site to fully integrate the new production line with existing plant machinery.
Control handshaking with existing equipment and control processors will be set up and if needed, custom hardware or software interfaces can be developed to facilitate the efficient exchange of data to maintain compatibility plant-wide. EPIC's team will also prepare the plant's existing power supply distribution to control the production line.
